What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The responsibility is the key positive aspect of the job. From day one you feel like you are getting your teeth stuck into the role and once comfortable enough they let you run.

The workshops are also really good. All of the graduates come together, whether its in London, Chertsey, South West etc and learn something different about the company.

Also, the scheme socials are brilliant! Some of the venues that we get to visit are great.

Worst

Nothing really to say here.
