"Benefits: The benefits are nothing short of brilliant. Flexi-time allows you to work the hours you want, if you work more than you are expected to as per your contract, you can take up to 15 extra days holiday per year based on time owed, and/or convert it to overtime pay. Schemes like the Car Salary Sacrifice Scheme provide tax benefits on major purchases. These are just a couple of the incentives MBDA provide. Responsibility: From day one you are here to contribute and gain experience in a variety of roles. There is no..."Read more

"Variety - working on different clients in different sectors keeps interesting, you join with an intake of people your own age which is really sociable and fun (and supportive during exam season). Really supportive atmosphere in terms of learning on the job and supporting you in terms of career growth. Away jobs whilst paying rent in London, very difficult to get leave during busy season, pressure during exams - sitting three in a session with the potential to be fired if you fail two in a sitting. "The people and the variety of clients. You are also given quite a lot of responsibility early on and people are always willing to help and support you. Having the option of paid overtime or TOIL is also a big plus! You are expected to work long hours during busy season, and it can also mean away jobs for weeks at a time if you are based in London. You don't have much autonomy or flexibility over your calendar either whether it is in terms of jobs you are on or requesting annual leave. "Read more

"You're never in the office for more than a few days. This means you meet new people all the time and you never get cabin fever. A grad scheme is a really great way to kick start a career in accountancy and earn a good wage. Working in the public sector means you are working in the interests of the entire public. Working for yourself also as you make up the public. It gives you a sense of purpose. Although not having a 9-5 desk job has its up sides, the travel takes too much out of you. It's hard to have a healthy work-..."Read more
