This page tells you what salary graduates in Accountancy & Insurance receive (based on 2123 reviews)
"It would be nice for all employees to get some kind of end of year bonus depending on projects/performance. Obviously not to the same level as the managers and above who bring in clients, but something performance based would increase drive. "
Graduate - Associate, Real Estate Tax team at Grant Thornton UK LLP
"Salary should not be related to time-qualification of the ACA; if exam qualified, salary should be boosted to executive level straight-away, as the work you are performing is of the same standard with the same responsibilities. "
Associate, Audit at Grant Thornton UK LLP
"Again - More visible policies on pay-rises and salary levels."
Audit Associate, Audit at Grant Thornton UK LLP
"Better performance related bonuses."
Associate, Audit at Grant Thornton UK LLP
"Rather than a graduate programme bonus scheme it should be linked to performance in the team (since it is a rotation). Many other firms offer bonuses for exam passes"
Associate, Pensions Advisory at Grant Thornton UK LLP
"Performance related bonuses being handed out more frequently. "
Audit Associate, Audit at Grant Thornton UK LLP
"Shared enterprise profit sharing"
Tax Associate, Tax at Grant Thornton UK LLP
"Bonus scheme."
Graduate Associate , Audit at Grant Thornton UK LLP
"Not really as they pay for my training, which would bulk up my salary."
Associate, Public Sector Assurance at Grant Thornton UK LLP
"I think the salary should be different for the different associate teams eg audit, tax, advisory. Especially since the advisory grads are measured to a higher standard when it comes to performance. There should also be a formal bonus structure, each associate should be included in the bonus pot of the team which they are in at the time. The salary should increase in line with exam passes. "
Associate, Forensic & Investigation Services at Grant Thornton UK LLP
