"The graduate scheme is structured with rotations through a wide variety of roles in the company. These can cover electronics, software, mechanical design, manufacturing quality, project engineering and management, bids and tendering, etc. There is a good feeling that you can drive the direction in which you want to take your career. Colleagues are supportive and open to sharing their knowledge and experience. All graduates start together in Chippenham, and then have the opportunity to join other offices around the UK, and this..."Read more

"People are quite nice and approachable.Very disorganised induction/onboarding process. The role I am in does not match the job I applied for - I was looking forward to exciting, client facing work and have ended up in a dull admin role, not making use of my skills. Lack of structure and training for graduates. Far too many new graduates and not enough roles for us, as all roles require certain amounts of specific experience. Not rewarded for working hard or putting in the hours."Read more

"The graduate scheme allows for movement around all the departments on the base. This gives a great overview of how all the different business units work together towards a common goal. We are also given lots of opportunities. The placements are sometimes short and don't allow you to get your teeth stuck into larger projects that are ongoing. "Read more

"Interesting classified work. Ability to move around departments and experience different positions. Flexi time and ability to take flexi days/half days. Decent training/development opportunities.Could do more to identify and develop promising/high achieving graduates. It can seem like progression after the grad scheme is based more on process than ability."Read more

"The graduate community and generally the people who work at the company make it a pleasure to be here. The company also has a lot of benefits past its basic salary.Application process doesn't always put the graduates into the right areas."Read more

"Variety. Ability to move around within the business and country. Good support from managers and training. Work/Life balance. A lot of opportunities for networking. The IT infrastructure. Due to being on contracts on a temporary basis during the scheme many managers are reluctant to invest additional training on the graduates, as you move onto another contract in due time as they themselves feel like they won't reap the benefits long term."Read more
