What are the best and worst things about your company?
I have responsibility for three product portfolios, as well as leading the division in other prioritised areas such as CRM and digital marketing. This has provided me with lots of opportunities for professional development and gaining essential marketing skills I have completed the CIM Professional Diploma qualification funded by 3M, which has provided me with additional professional development. With being a global company, there are many opportunities for potential career moves.Being a large, global organisation, there can be elements of Red Tape sometimes.
