Progression is very quick, I was promoted after 5 months and gunning for my next promotion already having only been in my new role for 4 months. The incentives are also excellent, we have two company holidays each year, I was lucky enough to have earned a spot on the last trip which was an all expenses paid trip to St.Anton skiing in March. It was amazing, and I'm hoping I will find myself on many more to come. The people and culture also make me not have that Monday feeling.

A lot of graduate roles are stagnant and 'assistant'-like, whereas at Pareto.. every role is at the forefront of the company, you are engaging with clients often and progression is so clear with progression charts shown to you every step of the way. The perfect organisation to join if you don't want to sit in the corner/shadows in the same role for 2 years!
