What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Highlight your extra curriculars and examples of collaboration and team work. It's just as, if not more, important than your academics. Make sure you make the effort to demonstrate some interest in technology, even if you aren't a technical person (most of us aren't when we join) at least read up on a few articles about trends in technology and how integral it is to business etc. Although not all our work is technology based, much of it is and most people end up doing technology projects at some point so it's important you can demonstrate you understand, and will enjoy this.

Do you have any interview tips?

Be yourself. We hire strongly on personality fit so don't be afraid to show a bit of personality. Everyone at Accenture tends to be quite outgoing and gets stuck in to all the extra curricular activities we have going on. So highlight these qualities in yourself.
