What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Make sure you research the company and be imaginative.

Do you have any interview tips?

Be confident about what you say. A big part of your job as a consultant will be to come across as a professional and credible resource to your client.

During the assessment centre apply as much Accenture based knowledge as you can to your group activities, but most of all make sure that what your saying is justifiable and logical. Particularly in the Business Case/Project Planning part of the assessment centre, there will be no right answer (as long as you are below budget), so make sure you are clear in why your solution is the right one and don't be afraid to back yourself when your ideas get put under an interviewer's scruitiny.
