What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be a team player and prepare to learn a lot in a short time. Be flexible of where your project is. Chose 3 top priorities for your role. If 2 out of 3 are met take the role. You can expand it to 5 as you progress and have a better feel of what you want.

Be proactive. There are 1000 analysts and it's easy to get lost.

Do you have any interview tips?

Research the assessment centre on wikijobs and other websites. The format and even case study stories barely change and always ask for the same.

Don't be the aggressive alpha. Be a team player and think about how you fit in within the team. During the final interview they might ask you how you felt during the team and if you can explain the interaction between the team that's very good. Stakeholder management basically.
