What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be open minded about what you'll end up doing. There's so much scope with Accenture, and not all of its glamourous - but all of it is valuable experience. You'll also probably end up loving something you'd never even considered before! If you want to apply, you have to be able to see the silver lining in your project - finding the positives and the opportunities for yourself will be of great advantage to your career and your happiness!

Do you have any interview tips?

Be yourself - massive cliche I know but its true. Accenture aren't looking for a packaged business person - they're looking for personalities to contribute to an evolving company. You can only keep up a facade for so long - tackle the interview tasks as you normally would, don't think about what the assessors are looking for, because there isn't a prescribed formula. Be yourself, and be fearless, its only a short assessment day and you need to shine from the off.
