Do you have any interview tips?
Try to relax and don't be worried if you are not the controlling voice in the room. There are team exercises which need to be completed as part of the assessment centre. While you need to be able to show that you can do the job, and shine when you individually present your findings to your interviewer, there is no need to battle to be team leader or show up other members of the group - it is about working as a team.
