What are the best and worst things about your company?
- Very pleasant culture and people to work with. - There is a lot of interesting technical work. It can be very absorbing when you have a good problem to solve. - The benefits package is very good, especially for graduates. - There are international opportunities.- The asset finance sector is quite niche and not particularly interesting. - The product is very large and complicated so sometimes the pace of development can be slow.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Office culture and nice colleagues. Excellent work/life balance. Interesting and challenging work. Abundance of learning and personal development opportunities. Management is very transparent - direct communication between junior and senior employees. Not particularly diverse - but actively trying to improve this. There is a preference for extroverts and sometimes the very clever hardworking technical people are unnoticed.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The role is very varied and you get a lot of responsibility from the get go. The pay is good, as is the social balance, and the hours are great for a consulting role.Sometimes you can be on a small project at the mercy of your manager, and the communication skills of some people you have to work with can be quite poor.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Travel opportunities, challenging work, positive working environment, my colleagues. CHP Consulting feels more like working for a family business than a multinational company. There's a seamless integration after the initial induction process which helps you to immediately develop and hone the skills required to succeed as a consultant. I hate to sound like a disingenuous review but I have no complaints about CHP Consulting. There is nothing I would change about the company at present and I believe it's going in the right direction.
