Good support from more experienced staff. Driven and intelligent colleagues. Very open working environment where asking questions and challenging decisions to get the right result is actively encouraged. Opportunities to travel.
The steep learning curve can be frustrating. The work can be quite repetitive for a developer in that you'll be coding most of the time with few meetings.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role? Application Advice: Read all the available material and understand the company, the product, and the asset finance industry. Show off your skills as a communicator, analyser and someone who appreciates the bigger picture.
