What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be yourself - they're looking for people who are personable. The AMV grad scheme motto is 'hire for enthusiasm, train for skill' and I think this is very true. At the same time, make sure you have a genuine interest in advertising and show this in your application as best you can. It will quickly become very obvious in the interview rounds if you do not have an interest in the industry.
You should also really understand the roles available to you. It's not just Account Management, although it may seem that way. AMV also takes on graduate planners and graduate project managers if you express and interest in these departments and seem fit for the role.

Do you have any interview tips?

Know the agency - both in terms of its work and in terms of its 'ethos'.
If you have both of these things down you're likely to have quite a bit of relevant stuff to talk about!
Don't be nervous, the interviewers aren't trying to trick you - some of the questions may be a bit left-field though, so prepare for these!
