What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Take your time with the application do not rush, be honest and be yourself on all personality related question. If you aren't a cultural fit for the business it's best for you to know now rather than once you've already started the job. You undertake a personality test, maths and English test before going to a final interview where you do many group activities and role plays before doing an individual presentation, role play and interview.
