What are the best and worst things about your company?
You get to work on interesting projects and you know that you are helping to shape the future of manufacturing. The code base is very large, so it takes some time to get into.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
-Colleagues are knowledgeable, approachable, and happy to help. -Projects vary from department to department, but in general are very interesting. -Relaxed environment: no pressure to work overtime, flexible working hours, and casual dress code. -Plenty of parking on site.-The local area is not nice. -The building is not great (...but it'll be fully refurbished in 2016!)

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Rotating in different departments during the first year gives an insight into the different areas of the company and allows you to learn a lot more.Moving departments means you only have a finite time to complete projects.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Working with talented and friendly people from all over the world on code that does real work for massive companies and projects. There's such a wide variety of development going on at Delcam you'll find a project you'll fit in with. It's not in the nicest area of Birmingham.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The company has a very friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Rotation scheme ensures a good background knowledge of the industry and the company as a whole.Difficult to become invested in a project with rotations of only 10 weeks.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The first year rotation program lets us have a feeling of working in different teams and environments, and so give the opportunities to choose a preferred team as a permanent position.Salary review for new graduates is sadly not happening until the end of the first year.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
-Chance to see many sectors of the company in the first year, due to the rotation scheme for graduates. -Opportunity to work abroad in their offices in the USA for 10 weeks. -Plenty of young employees and a great social environment-Busy rush-hour commute in Birmingham, but there is freedom to work different hours (eg 8am-4pm) to avoid traffic etc.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Nice place to start as a software engineer. A good amount of freedom to choose what sort of thing you want to work on. Lots of opportunities to learn, everyone always very willing to help/teach. Relaxed environment, flexible hours. Management not oppressive. Some opinionated people.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Great environment, good salary and benefits. Everyone in the office is friendly and ready to help. The first year is made of five 10-week rotations in different departments (one rotation is usually in the US).You don't get to choose the rotations.
