What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Honesty is the best policy. Quite often it's not the people with the most experience or even the most relevent degree its about you as a person and what attributes you can bring to the business.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be yourself. Its not about delivering the best presentation or best maths test result it's about your personality and how you respond to certain situations. Don't feel under pressure to perform and if you feel that you have made a mistake keep going don't give up, one bad round will not exclude you from getting through the assessment centre.
