Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000

Current salary: £37,000 - £39,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Do your homework. It is easy to read the company website and a few news articles. Set yourself apart by visiting a sales centre, or by speaking with someone (via facebook, twitter etc). There are people readily available to answer any questions you may have so use it, it’s a really useful resource.
Also, really try and think about how you can apply any prior experience to the qualities we’re looking for, it doesn’t have to just come from previous work roles.

Do you have any interview tips?

This is a graduate role so we won’t necessarily be looking just for prior experience, it’s more about the ‘right fit’ as an individual so just be yourself, do lots of research about us (and our competition), what we do, and our principles. The assessment day is quite intensive but shouldn’t be daunting, none of the exercises are not meant to catch you out, they’re meant to see how you conduct yourself in certain circumstances so just be yourself on the day.
