What are the best and worst things about your company?
The structure of the graduate programme is fantastic. It gives you exposure to all of the diffferent areas of the bank, including asset management, private banking and equity research. The bank also provides a lot of training and support towards gaining professional qualifications, including the CFA and the CISI certificates. The employees are friendly and supportive.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Great support and training. Everyone is helpful and supportive in the learning process. Working at a fast growing and ambitious bank. Surrounded by colleagues at the top of their field. Great exposure and scope to have an influence from an early stage. The firm is still relatively small and needs to bring more publicity to its name.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Graduate scheme gives a broad overview of what a bank does, working in Research, Sales, Fixed Income, Corporate Finance, Private Banking and Trading. You are given responsibility early. You are very visible. You can visibly see the company growing in size and reputation.Rotations mean that when you have settled into a role you are uprooted again.
