What are the best and worst things about your company?
They treat us very well. Decent holiday entitlements, five days study leave per year in your first 2 years and £250 john Lewis clothing allowance per year as well as support to attend networking or training events where they are beneficial. No negative observations so far.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Bidwells are very focused on making everyone within the company feel welcome and are all very friendly and approachable. As a graduate I have been given a lot more responsibility than I expected and have been able to work on many interesting jobs which have challenged my level/grade.No comment. I am happy in my role and very pleased with the company.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The people that I work with are great. Everybody is really friendly and incredibly supportive across the divisions. One of the great things about Bidwells is that we have so many different teams (rural/residential/commercial/building/planners) yet each team is willing to help one another. My job is brilliant, there is so much variety that no two days are the same. From office work to being out on a farm there is always something fun to keep you busy. The hours can be quite long, I guess like a lot of jobs it is not 9-5, you work to get the job done. Training towards your APC is quite full on but it will be so rewarding to finally be qualified.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The variation of work available and having the ability to work from your own initiative to put forward new ideas to create a more diverse estate. Leading estate projects and seeing them progress to completion, such as property renovations/developments is also very rewarding. Bidwells, being a multi-discipline firm, provides so many opportunities to gain experience across the many subjects a surveyor may encounter. Such as valuations, compensation claims, property management, sporting and forestry... the list goes on!
