What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Take the time before completing the applications to think of the best examples that answers the question. You don't have to had led an expedition up Mount Everest to impress whilst answering a "team work" type question.

Do you have any interview tips?

You will be asked about what you wrote on your application form, so be sure to remember what that was! Be clear with answer about what *you* did/contributed, and try to have a couple of 'back up' examples to hand as well for the inevitable 'can you think of any other times when..." type question.
