Show the right attitude to be able to work in an all inclusive, team orientated environment. Show you have a great attitude towards pro-active learning, the ability to own mistakes, and a desire to search out positive change in processes.

Rather than trying to come across as a ruthless business mind, show you can be a positive presence in group discussions, thinking innovatively and facilitating the involvement of the whole group.
