What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Always be yourself; try to get this across throughout the application process, and try to show your personality too. Doing a bit of background reading about the company, and ABF as a whole, will help you to get a better insight into who we are and what we do. Including an understanding of this in your application will show you have taken time to do your research and your interest in the company.
