What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
You need to be keen to learn and very self motivated as it is your responsibility to manage your learning and meet your knowledge targets. You will be handed a lot of responsibilty early on so be prepared to hit the ground running!
Do you have any interview tips?
Be able to think on your feet and think about your answers carefully. If you are not sure use your engineering common sense to try and come up with a solution to technical questions and be honest if you really dont know. The interviewer will be looking for a lot more than just technical ability, the roles you will be filling are centred around your ability to communicate and manage people effectively.
