What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

There is lots of information about the manufacturing process and the grad scheme on the website so have a good read through and make sure you are clear on why the scheme is for you.
You have to be able to work within a team so highlight examples of team-work and leadership you may have experienced, not just within University.
Make the most of the interview stages and ask questions of current graduates and the managers that are available to speak to on these days.
