I love being a BT Grad, I would really encourage them to participate and to be as unique and creative as they can.

The process is pretty long, there are 4 important phases.
1. Take each phase very seriously, there are points for each one.
2. Read about the company and the BT grad programme, focusing on values, reading about it´s history, present and where we want to go in the future.
3. Be creative and diverse in your responses. try to use examples of your different experiences, for example personal, previous work, school, hobbies.
