What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
I would advise those applying to be confident and really sell themselves. Be clear and honest in your CV and application about your coding experience. Give examples of times you have put your technical skills into practice.
Do you have any interview tips?
The interview process is quite long. Be confident at assessment centre but don't try and dominate the conversation too much. In the one on one interview think of solid examples where you have done good work or resolved difficult situations.
