BT is hiring "Future leaders" , anything you can get on your CV that shows these skills will be gold dust (running clubs, any form of organizational work etc).
Your CV will also play a part in what role you end up in, make sure to put emphasis on the areas you are good at and want to work in.
Do you have any interview tips?
BT is hiring "Future leaders" so The assessment centre is massively focused on how good you are working in a team, giving presentations and very much glosses over the technical. as long as you can present yourself well, your knowledge is less important once you get to that stage. Admit when you dont know something
