What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Make sure you demonstrate your PASSION to work for BT and you show you are enthusiastic. Try and link the skills and experience you have from uni, hobbies, or work experience to the skills BT are looking for. Also try and mention some of the changes/new technologies in the business so they know you know what is happening in the business. And read the financial report!

Do you have any interview tips?

Telephone Interview - have a few bullet points of situational examples you can use to demonstrate your skills. Make sure to link in experience from hobbies, volunteering, uni & work experience. For the face-to-face interview....practice! The career support centre at uni was great. I had two practice interviews with them and they prepared me with different questions that could come up.
Also try and be calm, everyone is nervous on the day and the interviewers are very understanding of this. If you mess up a question, take a breath and you can even ask if you can start your answer again.
