What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Really do your research - get your facts right and know the sector. Show your passion - but don't forget to back this up with strong examples and proof of your skills.

Always spend time and effort on the application questions, as that's the first hurdle. So many graduates let themselves down with extremely short, mistake-filled or poorly thought-out answers.

Do you have any interview tips?

If you've got as far as the interview, you're clearly a strong candidate, so well done. I would really recommend reading up as much as you can on the organisation and forming opinions about our strategy, challenges and successes. Although we're in the Third Sector, we're still looking for candidates with business acumen and drive.
