What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Show your motivation for the cause and the charity. Everyone here is very determined to reach our goals and very proud of the work they do. Motivation and a passion for saving lives are essential for success within the charity.

Aside from that its also important to be clear and punctual when writing. Using the Star technique and lots of examples is always a plus.

Do you have any interview tips?

Again show your motivation for the job. However, I would also say that preparation is key. Learn as much about the job role and the charity as you can so that you are always associating answers to how that would be useful within that role. Preparation also helps with the nerves as you feel more confident if you think you can answer the more tricky questions.
