Do you have any interview tips?
During my assessment centre, I was asked to prepare a case study and give a short presentation with recommendations for a fictitious enterprise. I was also given a short situation to comment on and give further recommendations for, as well as some standard capability-based interview questions. These tend to be very similar across the board, so have some concrete examples ready, and make sure they are real and relate to the question at hand. Finally, I was asked to participate in a group exercise during which we were assessed on team working skills.
