What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Although the application process seems daunting and intense its not actually as bad as it seems. The aim of the assessment day is to make you feel as comfortable as possible - you're not going to be yourself if you feel like you're going to throw up every 5 minutes out of stress! The whole aim of these days is to make sure you're the right fit for the job. You're CV has got you to that point on qualifications. The rest is about who you are as a person, what your interests are and what your goals are.

Do you have any interview tips?

The interview is more of a job fit role, they'll ask you the standard "Why Capital One" "Why IT" "What interests do you have" but in general they want to know what you didn't put on your CV, and interesting facts about yourself like you've voluteered abroad, have a huge passion for animals - things that make you stand out from the crowd of people that just reel of there CV again.

The best advice i can give is; be yourself. Don't worry about if your qualifications are good enough - you got to the interview they clearly are!
