What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Show your creativity and show how you're different from others who may be applying for the job. Part of why I was hired was because of my degree differing from the other candidates.
Show examples of when you've thought or acted innovatively or against the norm. Show how you think beyond the surface level and when you've had to go deeper. Show example of how you've used insights to solve a problem that needed solving.

Do you have any interview tips?

Ask about people's best experiences at the company. This really helps you understand that it's not just a place of work, but a place where you can achieve some life changing goals. I really wanted this job when I learnt there was the possibility of a London Marathon place.

Try and show as much knowledge and as many skills you have in the short time you have. When I was asked to produce creative ideas for social media, I didn't just state the creative and fun parts, but went into detail about where the technical and legal issues may be, and why an audience would enjoy the kind of content I was suggesting.
