What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself! Carluccio's only take 'nice' people and that is vital in ensuring the success of the business. Work hard and be confident but always be yourself.
Do you have any interview tips?
The whole process of getting a place on the graduate scheme was very intense. Initial application, phone interview and then an assessment day. The assessment day was hard work and forces you to be in situations that you more than likely have not been in before and your every word will be challenged. However, hold you own and defend your decisions (within reason!) listen well to others and take their ideas on board.
