What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
To be yourself, and be honest. Carluccio's looks more at the personality of a person, and how you will work within the team and ethos, as well as with the customers rather than the experience. Experience is useful, and occasionally necessary, but not an important factor. It does however help with your understanding the nature of the business.
