What are the best and worst things about your company?
The best things are the people, the variation in work, the office and location of it, getting in and out of the office and around the country, a good amount of responsibility and client interaction. The worst things are the pay and the lack of rotations on the graduate scheme.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
You gain exposure and responsibility on big projects; the company puts on many social events; there are always loads of networking opportunities; good training.Experience can depend on what team you're placed in - I've had a good experience but know not everyone feels the same; Salary is lower than other companies.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Best bits: People. Working environment and company values. Extracurricular activities and teams (there are many!). Small, supportive teams in a massive company.Worst bits: I personally haven't had as much client exposure as I would like to have been, or in comparison to other graduates. This is more to do with my seat though, and not a criticism overall.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The company's open culture: you can literally approach anyone and they will talk, listen and speak with you. Departments will help other departments out. And the scale of the business means there is a lot of big deals or big firms that you could have some limited involvement with. The experience, in line with many other big names in the industry is very dependant on the team, and mostly on the bosses. What sounds boring can be great in one firm and really bad in another firm. This means your first rotation really depends on luck. Try to find out more before you chose which department you would like to go into. The size of the London office means you have a high degree of specialisation, thus you are not doing a lot of different bits of work. This can be great or not depending on who you are. You are a grad - leave the glamour in valuation to the most senior people.
