Expect a very fast paced and target driven role. This is not an easy job but it is a fantastic challenge for an ambitious person wanting to join recruitment.

Interview Advice:

Showing how driven you are is important. Recruiters want individuals that are full of energy and enthusiasm as speaking to people is a huge part of your role, but want someone that works hard and enjoys targets.

Application Advice:

Follow up your application with a phone call. Graduates often take a machine gun approach to the application process, so I would recommend ringing to discuss your application and re-iterate your enthusiasm for the role

Interview Advice:

Be prepared and follow the interview advice given. Everybody who works here came through our Recruitment Day, and was given a two hour briefing on how to approach professional interview. It's really important that they follow this structure as the company put a big emphasis on training so it is important to show that you have listened and responded well to this training session.

Application Advice:

Let your personality come through. Celsius are all about bringing people in who are keen to enjoy their work rather than just 'slog it out'. Hard work is 100% required, but they are looking for you to want to work hard, rather than feeling like you ought to. With us looking to grow rapidly aswell the office is looking for people to come into something smaller, and be an integral part of the company as it moves on into greater things!
