What do you actually do on a day-to-day basis?
As a junior consultant I worked mainly on practical software development tasks, to enhance or fix our industry leading 'ALFA' product. As you gain more experience, you spend more time interacting with the clients to gather requirements, provide estimates and agree functional specification. I have moved roles every 6 months, so you are continually encountering new challenges, technologies and functional business areas, as well as meeting new people and traveling to new places.

Salary, People, varied work, Perks like the overseas company conference and regular day long company meetings/activities.
What qualifications and skills are needed to be great at this job?
2-1 from decent university; good communicator, both written and verbal; technically savvy; organised; professional appearance.
