What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Practising online tests in advance of starting the application is important. The assessment centre is deliberately designed to assess you as a person rather than how well you have prepared so being yourself is probably the best advice anyone can offer.
Do you have any interview tips?
They focus quite a lot on your motivation to join the civil service so try and have a clear answer to this, preferably something that stands out and avoids the typical public sector cliches. The rest is largely competency based so knowing the competencies and preparing examples in advance would be advisable.
