What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Try to have fun at the social research and fast stream assessment centres - you have to ration energy carefully. The level of technical knowledge required is not that high; the main difficulty lies in the other areas of the application process.
Do you have any interview tips?
Interviews are very strctured and focus on competencies. Have examples of times you have demonstrated these competencies memorised and make sure you have a veriety of examples to draw on (i.e. not all university work)
