What are the best and worst things about your company?
Exposure to lots of different job roles, letting me understand the business as a whole. Encouraged to gain experience in other sectors. Varied nature of the work. Opportunity to work at lots of different events. Moving around all the departments means you have very little work that you can take ownership of.

- Amazing people - A lot of support to help you develop - Plenty of responsibility from day one - Quite a few client visits - Fully funded professional accountancy qualification (ACCA or CIMA) - Very well structured Graduate Scheme (3+1 years) from Finance Assistant to AFM- In Finance, month end means long hours (This is likely for every finance role regardless of sector and company)
