What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Don't rush it - take the time to really think about the questions they're asking you and then write up and edit your answers. But get to the point. Answer the question they are asking you and refer back constantly. Check and check again for spelling and grammatical errors. Answer it in good time also, don't leave it until the deadline.
Include anything that makes you stand out to other people.
Prepare and practice for any tests you might need to take, e.g. verbal reasoning, inductive reasoning etc.

Research the company and prepare for sets of questions. Go in confident and optimistic and with the mindset that the company has given you an interview, so they like what they have seen so far.
