What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Understand the role you are applying for, know why you want to work in IT and as an associate. Think about why you want to work for the company, you need to fit into the CC culture so it is important to think how and why you would like to fit into the culture. Practice the tests and make sure your video is on a plain background.
Do you have any interview tips?
Remember the STAR method. Do not worry too much about knowing everything about computers. Look at CC values and how you will fit with these. Be yourself, this is key you will not be able to keep up a persona for the assessment day so do not play a character. Have one or two insightful questions to ask everyone you meet. Be a team player this is not the apprentice. Practice your presentation, it will leave an impression so practice makes perfect. And reach out to people to help and give you advice.
