What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
The application process is long and, at times, quite challenging. My advice is to keep at it and be confident in your abilities and make sure that you are learning about the company and the opportunity that you are applying for along the way.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be yourself. Company and programme knowledge is important but a huge element in the interview process is whether or not you will be the right fit for the company. If you are not yourself it will become increasingly easier to spot as the application and interview processes go on.
Learn about the company but don't sound scripted. The interviewers want to see that you have taken an interest in the company and not that you know how to read their website.
