Application Advice:
We are looking for bright grads with attention to detail and a desire to see things done the right way. A well written and constructed CV (with no spelling mistakes!) is always attractive and shows a strong start. It is also important to show a bit of character. I do not mean being too wacky but a section which shows a bit about who you are is a plus.
Interview Advice:
Everyone in the office is very different and so we are happy in the interview process to see your personality come out. Ours is a very people facing business and so there is a need for us to see that you are able to be engaging and represent our brand positively.
Showing your interest in things outside of what you think will relate to the role is also important. There is nothing worse than seeing someone with their "interview face" on and only responding very formally and only talking about the job.
