What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
It's an industry you may not have necessarily considered, so placements are a great opportunity to try out something new. I would have tried to have got more experience before joining the industry though.
Do you have any interview tips?
Some questions involved my ability to talk in front of people/audiences, how well I'd cope in an industry made up mostly of men, my abilities with various software, examples of teamwork and what modules of my degree were relevant to the environmental sector.
