What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Go for it! You will not be dissapointed with Costain. Currently out of all my past employers they have come out on top and treated me the best.

Be calm/confident/true in your answers and you will be fine. They look for individual talent, people with drive and innovation and a sense of leadership.
