You can have a very different experience from the other graduates as each job role is so individual. This is a negative and a positive but, you could miss out on a certain experience based on your two placements.

Not a negative for me but is for lots, if you want to live in central London then ABG Grocery Grad scheme may not be right for you as you have to be flexible with location.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £27,000 - £29,000

Current salary: £31,000 - £33,000

What hours do you actually work, on average?

Start: 08:30

Finish: 18:00

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

ABF really care about humilty and authenticity. Be yourself in your application.

Do you have any interview tips?

If your written application is successful, you will need to complete a telephone and video interview. A personality and numerical/verbal reasoning tests and then an assessment center.

The assessment center will focus on four areas:
1) A presentation based on information given to you on the day
2) A group activity
3) A motivational interview - why you want to work for ABF and in your chosen field
4) A behavioural interview - how you would behave in the workplace based on situations given
