Make sure you have done your homework and you know what sets Crest apart from our competitors, what our company values are and the type of project that we work on, but also what's happening in the wider housing market.

The interviews were reasonably informal, and mostly had competency based questions.

If you are able to do so, I'd definitely recommend doing some practice interviews with your University's careers department or if that isn't an option a family friend or anyone who is going to be able to give you good, honest feedback about how you come across in an interview.

I would have a few examples ready to go for various questions, how have you successfully lead a team, how have you managed problems that have arisen etc...

Also remember that interviews go both ways, you'll be getting interviewed by directors in the company and they have a lot of knowledge about the company and industry, so make sure that you have some good questions for them as well!
